About Islamic Qalb Tuition
Assalamualaikum, welcome to Islamic Qalb Tuition. My name is Iqra, I am the founder of Islamic Qalb Tuition and the host of Learn Quran with Islamic Qalb Tuition. For over ten years, I have taught adult women and children how to recite the Holy Quran and other Quranic topics in masjids across London and independently.
I founded Islamic Qalb Tuition in 2018, as I wanted to provide flexible learning options to adult women and children. The topics I teach include Tajweed, Qaida, Holy Quran recitation and assisting with the memorisation of various Surahs, Kalimas and Duas. All lessons are taught online allowing you or your children to learn these topics from the comfort of your home. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to teach many students across the United Kingdom, particularly in London and the South East but have also taught students in the East of England, South West England and as far as Scotland.
Teaching others how to recite the Holy Quran and other Quranic topics has long been an ambition of mine. It is something I have been involved with ever since I graduated from university in 2013. I started by learning from some of the most renowned Quran teachers at some of the biggest masjids in East London. A few months later, I began to teach children under the supervision of these same teachers. Learning first-hand from them how to teach the Quran in a manner that is caring, engaging and encourages students to learn.
I am very passionate and serious about teaching the next generation how to recite the Holy Quran and to love their religion. While providing them with the fundamentals and tools to live successfully as one. I strive to teach all my students how to recite the Holy Quran in a manner where they have a genuine love for it and make it a consistent habit throughout their lives.
Likewise, I also enjoy teaching adult women. Assisting them with developing their abilities to recite the Holy Quran while watching their confidence grow as they progress towards the results they seek. My goal is not only to teach them how to recite the Quran but to do so in a way that increases their love for reciting the Quran while InshAllah strengthening their Iman.
I endeavour to provide all my students with a friendly, welcoming and encouraging environment. Where you will enjoy coming to learn, where InshAllah my teaching will be beneficial and bring you closer to the Deen. My lessons are available to students of all abilities. Including beginners, those refreshing their knowledge or those new to Islam. Who I Teach
If you are seeking tuition on Holy Quran recitation, Qaida, Tajweed or require assistance with memorising Surahs, Kalimas and Duas then Islamic Qalb Tuition is here to assist you with achieving these goals. Lessons are taught online and are available to the following groups:
Adult Women
Adult women can choose to have a one-to-one lesson or a group lesson. Where they can learn together with other people they know who are interested in learning the same topics as them. Lessons are open to all abilities from those learning for the first time to those who are looking to refresh their knowledge. Children
For children, I offer lessons that take place between Monday and Friday from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Lessons are open to boys and girls aged five to sixteen and for all abilities. From those who are just beginning their learning journey to those who are experienced in reciting the Holy Quran. Reverts
For reverts to Islam, I offer private one-to-one tuition on how to recite the Quran. From learning how to pronounce the Arabic letters, the rules of Tajweed, Qaida and how to recite the Holy Quran correctly. I will also assist you with memorising Surahs, Kalimas and Duas. I will also be available whenever you need to answer any questions you have and assist in whatever I can to help you to be a successful Muslim. Assisting you with memorising Surahs, Kalimas and Duas.
Islamic Studies for Children
Teaching children what it means to be Muslim, its importance and how to live successfully as one.

Learn Quran w/ Islamic Qalb Tuition
The purpose of the Learn Quran with Islamic Qalb Tuition video series is to teach Muslim adult women and children how recite the Holy Quran at the time and pace that suits them best. Adult Women Lessons
These are thirty-minute, one-to-one lessons for an adult woman or a group of adult women. Who are interested in receiving tuition on how to recite the Holy Quran or any of the topics mentioned above. The first lesson is free, and you can book yours via the button below.
Children Classes
Children’s lessons are open to those aged between five to sixteen and are for all abilities. Including those just beginning their learning journey to those who are proficient in reciting the Holy Quran. The first week is free for all new students and you can book your child’s via the link below.
On-Demand Lessons
On-demand lessons help you to improve how well you recite a section of the Holy Quran or provide you with feedback on how well you are progressing with what is being taught on the Learn Quran with Islamic Qalb Tuition. You send me a recording of you reciting, which I will listen to and then provide feedback on. Including how well you have recited, where mistakes are being made and where you can improve.
Learn Quran with Islamic Qalb Tuition
The Learn Quran with Islamic Qalb Tuition video series aims to teach Muslim women and children how to recite the Quran correctly at a pace and time that suits them. The episodes will start with learning the different Arabic letters and how to pronounce them. Before moving on Tajweed, the Qaida and how to recite the Quran. Each week InshAllah I will release a new episode.
